In order to help young families settle here, on June 19th Ville de Laval have sold 56 lots located within a site known as Les Berges du Vieux-Pont. This sale have been carried out by a random draw. In order to ensure the harmonious development of this neighbourhood, Ville de Laval selected Madeco to build the 56 residences on these lots.
