Madeco construction is a well established contractor, renowned for developing integrated residential projects for customized single-family homes, high end condos and joint homes.
Madeco created a prestigious project in Ste-Dorothée called Le St-Malo; an ensemble of 140 high end single-family homes. Madeco has also carried out Les Villas du Parc des Mille-Îles in Rosemère, a real estate development of 70 homes specially designed to answer the needs of active retired home owners. Madeco is also proud to have built the Royal Masson in Mascouche. This real estate development contains 261 units, including 120 with pools, and contributed to better home ownership accessibility.
Madeco's latest project, currently under construction, is the Royal St-Martin, an ambitious real estate development of over 1300 units. The Royal St-Martin offers an assortment of multi-family buildings, condos and single-family homes built within a harmoniously designed environment. Royal St-Martin home owners are guaranteed that their residences will be realized with the utmost care.
Not only is Madeco a leader in the construction industry, but it’s also the general contractor who has built the highest number of new dwelling units in the city of Laval, with 324 in 2007 and 244 in 2006.
Since its foundation in 1996, Madeco received many prizes and special honorary mentions, namely the «Constructeur Émérite Platine» prize awarded by the Association de la Construction du Québec. This distinction is awarded only to a handful of general contractors who continuously exceeds quality standards, dutifully respects deadlines and offers superior customer service. Madeco is proud to be part of the most select group of builders in the residential development industry.
