Since its foundation in 1996, Madeco received many prizes and special honorary mentions, namely the «Constructeur Émérite Platine» prize awarded by the Association de la Construction du Québec. This is the highest award given by this association, and is awarded only to a handful of general contractors who continuously exceeds quality standards, dutifully respects deadlines and offers superior customer service. In 2008, Madeco received the award for Best condominium project of the year during the prestigious Qualité Habitation (Quality Housing association) gala.
Madeco Construction : Constructeur Émérite Platine awarded by the warranty plan for new homes by the Association de la Construction du Québec (Quebec’s Construction Association). This award is the highest distinction given by the association.

Holder of the “Palme platine” (highest distinction) for its 15 to 24 consecutives years of excellence. The “Palmes Maître constructeur” corresponds to a guarantee of commitment to quality and professionalism. They are awarded according to the number of consecutive years, since its accreditation by the Warranty plan of the APCHQ, that a general contractor has maintained a customer satisfaction rate higher than 97%.
