Since its foundation in 1996, Madeco received many prizes and special honorary mentions, namely the «Constructeur Émérite Platine» prize awarded by the Association de la Construction du Québec. This is the highest award given by this association, and is awarded only to a handful of general contractors who continuously exceeds quality standards, dutifully respects deadlines and offers superior customer service. In 2008, Madeco received the award for Best condo project of the year during the prestigious Qualité Habitation (Quality Housing association) gala.
Madeco Construction : Constructeur Émérite Platine awarded by the warranty plan for new homes by the Association de la Construction du Québec (Quebec’s Construction Association). This award is the highest distinction given by the association.
